My name is Mitchell Miller, an IT Technician with a passion for helping people get the most out of their technology. At Joletec, I serve as a site lead for clients where I collaborate with vendors, troubleshoot complex issues, and keep systems running smoothly. I enjoy being the person people can rely on when challenges come up, whether that means fixing something quickly or finding ways to improve how technology supports daily operations.
I have worked with a wide range of clients in different industries, giving me experience with many types of systems and workflows. Much of my background comes from supporting car dealerships with platforms such as Comply Auto, DealerTrack DMS, Tekion DMS, and GM Techline. I have also supported nonprofit organizations by providing user support, system administration, and infrastructure improvements. In addition to those areas, my skill set includes web development, helpdesk support, printer repair, SharePoint, and email security, which allows me to adapt to the unique needs of any business environment.
When I’m not working on tech, I’m usually chasing after my two kids, Waylon and Fern, who keep life busy and fun. My son and I enjoy exploring Midland on our bikes, finding new trails and places to ride together. I also make time for hobbies like hunting, skateboarding, and hiking, which give me a good balance between staying active and spending time outdoors.
