Jon Joles is Joletec’s Chief Executive Officer. Jon & his wife Julie purchased Zimco Inc in 2017 and renamed the company to Joletec Inc after working there since 2001. Jon’s experience in Business Process Management (BPM), Technical Project Management (TPM) and various other network and computer related professional services has allowed him to be successful in the total upgrades, redesign, and long term support and maintenance of many K-12 School, Local Governments, and Business networks. Every detail is planned, discussed, executed, and evaluated. He has also been instrumental in designing and implementing various levels of network security systems and long term reliable on premise, cloud, and ransomware proof & disaster recovery backup solutions for Joletec’s clients.
Message from the CEO: Here is a short bio of me. It’s so difficult to boil down the substantial amount of work that I personally, but more importantly the team of amazing techs around me, has completed together into paragraphs and bullet points. If you are reading this, I believe it’s something we likely agree on because it leaves out so much I would actually like to project into the world but can’t find the right words to convey.

Jon’s training and work experience has also provided him with a vast knowledge of database programming. This knowledge has allowed him to integrate database applications into web applications to serve BPM’s goals. Some of these applications include: automated visitor kiosks; customized UniFi wireless client and visitor count reporting; custom “Business Systems” that codify processes; web-based network monitoring and alerting applications.
Jon is personally active in aiding the community with technology assistance whenever assistance is requested. Joletec hosts and maintains a variety of local non-profit web applications and websites at a substantially reduced rate to ensure precious gifted funds are going to the intended purposes.
