I’m a Technology Director at Joletec, where I oversee IT operations, drive strategic technology initiatives, and work hands-on with infrastructure, systems, and end-user solutions. My love for technology began early—at just 4 years old—with an NEC PC-8300 and a cassette tape drive. Since then, that passion has grown into a lifelong pursuit of innovation, efficiency, and practical problem-solving.
Throughout my journey, I’ve built and repaired countless systems, optimized networks, and mastered both legacy and emerging technologies. I’ve always been a hands-on learner—rebuilding machines before I was allowed to touch them, setting up dial-up-sharing networks in the ’90s, and earning top honors in regional and state-level tech competitions along the way.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Philosophy from Saginaw Valley State University, which gives me a well-rounded, analytical perspective—ideal for approaching complex technical and organizational challenges. I believe critical thinking, curiosity, and creativity are just as important in IT as technical skills.
Outside of work, I’m a lifelong gamer and tech enthusiast. I spend my free time exploring AI, enjoying games like Diablo 4, Call of Duty, and Path of Exile, and golfing when I can. I’ve been with my incredible wife for nearly 20 years, and we share our home with three cats—Leif, Valkyrie, and Ronald.
Whether it’s fixing something old, solving a new problem, or building something from scratch, I bring energy, experience, and a love for tech to everything I do.
