As the Co-Owner and Chief Operating Officer of Joletec, I’m proud to help small businesses navigate the ever-changing world of technology with confidence and clarity. My role centers around small business I.T. solutions, client development, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. I serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, taking the time to listen, assess their current I.T. infrastructure, and determine the most effective path forward to meet their needs. From there, I oversee the entire cut-over process making sure transitions are smooth, stress-free, and handled with care.
One of the things I’m most passionate about is building lasting relationships. At Joletec, we don’t just provide technical services—we become a trusted partner in our clients’ growth and success. That’s why I’m deeply involved in our customer service efforts, ensuring that every client feels heard, valued, and supported every step of the way. Whether we’re solving a day-to-day issue or planning for the future, my goal is always to deliver solutions that are thoughtful, efficient, and aligned with each client’s unique business goals.
Outside the office, I’m a proud husband to my amazing wife Stacy, and a Dad to two wonderful kids, Jackson and Lexi. Whether we’re playing in the yard, going on weekend adventures, or just enjoying each other’s company, moments with my family are the ones I cherish most. I’m also a big fan of golf, watching sports, playing cards, and traveling whenever we get the chance.
